Our mission at Southern Brush includes commitments to “help people develop” and “pursue excellence.” We want to do all we can to help everyone we work with and around to do the best they can, be the best they can, and enjoy their work as much as they can. We believe that excellent service includes working with an eye toward our colleagues and customers’ success.
One of our Area Operations Managers recently received an email from a customer asking whether Southern Brush provided services in an adjacent geographic area because he wanted to introduce our company to one of his regional counterparts. We considered this a very high compliment because it meant we’d succeeded in delivering compelling value to our customer. And it gave us the opportunity to help others develop — namely our Area Operations Manager in that adjacent region and this potential new customer.
The introduction was quickly and graciously made and we were able to schedule services immediately. Our primary commitment to humble service and teamwork doesn’t just create a great company culture within which to work, it creates value for our customers. By striving to exhibit humility and excellence in both our work product and our personal interactions, we’re able to help others develop and help our clients reach their goals.
We don’t always execute this commitment fully, but we’re fully committed to its execution. And we’re striving to do it more consistently each day. Our employees depend upon it. Our customers depend upon it. And ultimately, the millions of Americans who rely on our nation’s energy providers depend upon it.
